Interior

Your aircraft's appearance reflects your image, but it must also provide a comfortable in-flight environment. Our interior design team offers an extensive range of services from simple carpet and upholstery upgrades to custom galleys and precision cabinetry, soundproofing, and high-end electronics. We work with you to achieve the results you'll be proud of. You have many options to choose from including the flat-screen TV, MSA window shades, LED lighting, and your choice of sew patterns.

AVMATS' interior shop is located at our Spirit of Saint Louis Airport facilities. The entire interior refurbishment is completed at this location, including all upholstery, side panel fabrication, composite cabinet and table construction, and everything else down to cabin hardware powder coating. This means that, if you are interested, you can follow your interior's progress through all stages of completion.

Our interior shop can make your older corporate jets look brand new. From the new style side panels to the powder coated cabin hardware, AVMATS' attention to detail is unsurpassed.

Paint

AVMATS offers one of the best paint capabilities in general aviation. At AVMATS we take environmental compliance seriously, meeting or exceeding mandated requirements. Our disposal methods and EPA-approved paint facilities are certified "envrionmentally friendly" and protect your interests. Our designers will work with you to create the custom paint scheme for your aircraft. Our state of the art paint facilities and highly experienced team will ensure the optimum in finish quality.

Accessories

Accessory and component repair and overhaul was one of the first services offered by AVMATS under the name Corpair Supply Company, Inc. This integral part of the AVMATS family of companies provides a full range of services for accessories & components at our dedicated 20,000 square foot facility located in O'Fallon, Missouri. We specialize in corporate aircraft accessories with a focus on the Falcon, Hawker, Sabreliner and Beechcraft aircraft.

Corpair Supply Co. is located at the same facility as AVMATS Parts Support which allows us to use the large inventory of overhaul exchange components on site that can, in many instances, provide you overnight replacement when downtime is critical. If your schedule permits, you also have the option of having your component or shelf spare overhauled or repaired by our FAA-Certified Repair Station. Either way, AVMATS stands behind every valve, motor, instrument or actuator, ensuring you the highest standard in quality and workmanship.

All components are overhauled using factory specifications, rigid quality control techniques and exacting process specifications. The extra effort and added detail of a Corpair overhaul means you get worry-free components. Need an EASA certification on your repair or overhaul? Corpair is an EASA-certified Repair Station. All that we require is your purchase order requesting EASA release and a completed EASA release form.
